1. Introduction
Welcome to LuxCarWashTop! These Terms of Service govern the use of our services, programs, and offerings in the field of professional luxury automotive care and vehicle detailing. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these terms and commit to fully comply with them.
2. Service Eligibility
2.1. Client Information – Our services are available to individuals and businesses who need luxury automotive care and professional vehicle detailing services. When scheduling appointments, we ask for information about your vehicle requirements to ensure appropriate care.
2.2. Registration – A prior registration and confirmation by LuxCarWashTop is required for our services. You are obligated to provide correct and current information.
2.3. Conduct Guidelines – We expect professional behavior during our automotive care sessions and interactions. Any form of discrimination, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate communication may result in termination of services.
2.4. Confidentiality – Clients commit to maintaining the confidentiality of personal information shared during our luxury automotive care sessions.
3. Appointment Booking and Payment
3.1. Service Bookings – Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person and are binding after our written confirmation.
3.2. Payment Terms – Service fees are due at the time of automotive care service or after completion of vehicle detailing services. We accept bank transfers, major credit cards, and debit cards.
3.3. Business Invoices – For bookings by businesses requiring comprehensive luxury automotive care services, separate payment terms may be agreed upon as set forth in the respective contract.
3.4. Cancellation Terms – For cancellations up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment, no fee will be charged. For cancellations within 48 hours, a cancellation fee of CHF 75 may apply. No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
4. Service Delivery and Changes
4.1. Service Planning and Execution –
- LuxCarWashTop reserves the right to change the availability of services, times, and automotive care specialists.
- In case of unavailability of certain luxury automotive care services, an appointment may be rescheduled.
- Changes to appointments will be communicated to clients as early as possible.
4.2. Service Materials – All created vehicle care reports, detailing documentation, and digital records are processed according to legal requirements. We maintain records of created automotive care documents as legally required, but originals and copies provided to clients belong to the clients themselves.
5. Mobile Detailing Services and Special Requests
5.1. Registration – For mobile luxury automotive care services and special appointment requests, separate registration conditions apply that are communicated before booking and are binding.
5.2. Cancellation Terms – Cancellations for mobile detailing services must be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund. For later cancellations, a fee of CHF 150 will be retained.
5.3. Service Limitations – For certain specialized luxury automotive care services, we reserve the right to decline service due to safety restrictions, vehicle condition concerns, or technical limitations.
6. Liability Disclaimer and Warranty
6.1. Liability – LuxCarWashTop is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of our employees or automotive care specialists. We assume no liability for the content or legal validity of documents created by clients or third parties.
6.2. Professional Responsibility – Our automotive care specialists review the condition and requirements of provided vehicles but do not verify the mechanical condition or safety status of vehicles submitted for detailing. Clients are responsible for the roadworthiness and legal compliance of their vehicles.
7. Facility and Equipment
7.1. Use of Premises – Our facilities and automotive care areas are to be treated with care. The person causing damage is liable for intentional damage.
7.2. Valuables – We assume no liability for personal items and valuables left in vehicles on our premises. Secure storage options are available upon request.
8. Data Privacy
8.1. Data Processing – The processing of personal data is conducted according to our separate privacy policy, which is considered an essential part of these Terms of Service and should be carefully read.
8.2. Vehicle Documents – We maintain legally required records of created automotive care documents. These records are kept confidentially and securely in accordance with privacy regulations.
9. Refund Policy
9.1. Service Satisfaction – At LuxCarWashTop, we strive to provide high-quality luxury automotive care services. If you are not completely satisfied with the received vehicle detailing service, please notify us within 7 business days after service delivery.
9.2. Refund Eligibility – Refunds or service credits may be granted at our discretion if:
- There was an error in the automotive care process attributable to our detailing specialist
- The vehicle detailing was completed improperly due to an error in our service
- The service was not delivered as described or promised
- Automotive care advice proved to be erroneous due to lack of expertise on our part
9.3. Refund Process – To request a refund or service adjustment, please contact our customer service team in writing with details of your concerns and any supporting evidence. We will review each case individually and respond within 7 business days.
9.4. Limitations – Please note that refunds may not be available for:
- Automotive care services that have already been fully provided according to standard detailing procedures
- Circumstances where the client did not provide complete or accurate vehicle information or requirements
- Requests made more than 30 days after service delivery
- Dissatisfaction with automotive care results due to vehicle condition issues unrelated to the detailing itself
- Changes in client preferences after service delivery
9.5. Alternative Solutions – In some cases, we may offer re-detailing services, a different automotive care specialist, or partial credit instead of a full refund, depending on the nature of the concern.
9.6. Return Policy – For justified complaints regarding our luxury automotive care services, we grant a refund under certain circumstances. This applies particularly to demonstrable errors in vehicle detailing that have led to damage or dissatisfaction for the client. The refund is made after individual examination of each case and can amount to up to 100% of the paid service fee, provided the error is clearly attributable to our fault and is claimed within legal warranty periods.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. Severability Clause – Should individual provisions of these Terms of Service be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
10.2. Applicable Law – These Terms of Service are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the seat of LuxCarWashTop, insofar as legally permissible.
